Real Estate Agent Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to licensed real estate agents and brokerages listed in the FreedomPlace platform.

1. Licensing Requirement
Only licensed real estate agents in good standing with their state licensing board may be listed. FreedomPlace may request proof of licensure at any time.
2. Listings and Representations
Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of all property listings. FreedomPlace is a referral and commerce network — not a licensed brokerage — and does not represent any property.
3. Commissions
Transaction Networking™ commissions are earned on the platform subscription fee, not on real estate transaction value. Real estate commissions between buyer, seller, and agent are entirely independent of FreedomPlace.
4. Compliance
Agents must comply with all applicable real estate laws, NAR guidelines, and fair housing regulations. Violations result in immediate listing removal.
