FTC & Regulatory FAQ

FreedomPlace is designed from the ground up to be fully compliant with FTC regulations and transparent in how it distributes value.

Is FreedomPlace an MLM?

No. FreedomPlace does not require members to purchase, sell, or inventory any product. Commission earning is based on commerce transactions — not on recruiting fees or mandatory purchases. This places FreedomPlace outside the definition of a multi-level marketing operation.

How does FreedomPlace handle income claims?

FreedomPlace does not make specific income guarantees. Commission earning depends on network size and transaction volume. The dashboard shows real-time, verified network metrics — not projections or hypothetical examples.

Is the commission structure disclosed?

Yes. Commission rates for all 4 waves are published in the platform and can be reviewed at any time. All changes to commission rates are communicated 30 days in advance.

How is HELPS regulated?

HELPS is a peer-to-peer needs platform with church verification. It is not a charity, fundraising platform, or financial services product. Contributions made through HELPS are voluntary peer transactions.
