Consumer Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

FreedomPlace membership is free. A Consumer subscription ($14.95/mo) unlocks commission earning and full platform access. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. FreedomLink™

Your FreedomLink is permanent once set. It cannot be changed, transferred, or reassigned. Choose carefully. FreedomLinks containing prohibited words are rejected at registration.

3. Commission Earning

Commissions are earned on qualifying transactions made by members in your 4-wave network. Commissions are calculated per the current CommissionRules in effect at the time of transaction. FreedomPlace reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake accounts or artificial network inflation.
• Sharing misleading income claims.
• Circumventing the FreedomLink attribution system.
• Attempting to transfer or sell your network position.

5. Termination

FreedomPlace may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Commission earnings accrued before termination are paid per the standard payout schedule unless forfeited due to fraud.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration.
