Business Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all businesses listed in the FreedomPlace marketplace.

1. Business Listing
Businesses pay a monthly subscription fee to appear in the FreedomPlace network. The current rate is published on the pricing page. Listings are reviewed for compliance before approval.
2. Eligible Businesses
FreedomPlace accepts legal businesses of any size. Businesses dealing in illegal goods, controlled substances, adult content, or any item prohibited by federal law are not eligible.
3. Transaction Networking™ Commissions
When a FreedomPlace member purchases from a listed business, the platform facilitates commission distribution to the member's 4-wave network. Business subscription fees fund this distribution — no additional per-transaction charge is assessed.
4. Accuracy of Listings
Businesses are responsible for accurate pricing, inventory, and business information. Misleading listings are removed without refund.
5. Termination
Businesses may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. FreedomPlace may remove listings for policy violations.
