FAQ
Real Estate Agent FAQ
How licensed real estate agents use FreedomPlace to reach motivated buyers in their network.
How does real estate work in FreedomPlace?
Licensed agents list their services in the FreedomPlace marketplace. Members searching for real estate services connect with agents in their network. Transaction Networking™ commissions are earned on the platform subscription fee — not on the real estate transaction value.
Does FreedomPlace act as a brokerage?
No. FreedomPlace is a commerce network, not a licensed brokerage. All real estate transactions are handled entirely by the licensed agent and brokerage, independent of FreedomPlace.
Do I need to be licensed?
Yes. Only agents with a current, active state real estate license may list in the platform. Proof of licensure may be requested at any time.
Can I list properties?
The property listing feature (Zillow-style) is on the 2026 roadmap. At launch, agents list their services and contact information. Property search integration follows in the next phase.
