Nonprofit Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to 501(c)(3) organizations registered as FreedomPlace nonprofit partners.

1. Eligibility
Only IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible. EIN verification is required during registration. FreedomPlace reserves the right to decline any organization at its discretion.
2. Commerce Funding
Registered nonprofits receive a percentage of platform revenue generated by members who have designated them as their preferred nonprofit. The distribution rate is set by FreedomPlace and subject to change with 30 days notice.
3. HELPS Participation
Nonprofits approved for the HELPS platform agree to follow HELPS verification standards and respond to community need requests within the required timeframe.
4. Use of Funds
FreedomPlace does not restrict how nonprofit partners use commerce funding, except that all use must comply with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt purpose requirements.
